Deep in the heart of Paris, ‘Épices Roellinger’ , founded by the Breton chef and spice guru, Olivier Roellinger, is one of the place to keep your eyes on, especially if you are the one who are a big fan of spices!

There are actually three locations where you can heat up your life with those spices, the original shop in Cancale (a small town in Roellinger’s native Brittany), another one in Brittany’s Saint-Malo, and this one in the center of Paris.

All of the signatures are here with more than 300 kinds of spice, along with the very special section which is called the “vanilla cellar” where you can find varieties of  grand cru vanilla.

So if you are looking for some good selection of spices, I recommend that this is the place where you belong to. There are wide range of products in the store, from spice powders, salts, aromatic oils, seaweed blends, chutneys, celtic and herbal teas.Though the price maybe a little bit high but it’s worth to spend for those cutting edge stuff. Once you start to walk around, you will be enchanted by this secret world of spices and I’m sure it will not let you down.
