Cook & Go is for people who are not pros in the kitchen but want to learn and share food with their friends and family. You can select any menu from their website, to learn everything you want. The menu updates every month, every time you can experience different kitchen stories. 10 people as a group arranged at the time you selected, you don’t need to prepare anything before the class.

I selected PENDANT CE TEMPS LÀ AUX CARAÏBES, which includes fierce advocate, fish papillote sweet potato and ginger, mango rougail and jar of pineapple as the islands.
Entree: Fierce avocado
50 gr Cod
2 pinch hot pepper
1 tablespoon of Lime juice
1/2 piece of garlic
2 piece of fresh coriander
1 tablespoon of olive oil
15g coconut milk
2 slices of bread
First weigh coconut milk, water, and chopped garlic into a saucepan. Bring to a boil and add the desalted cod. Cover the pot and turn off the heat. Stand it about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, wipe off the core of avocado and cut it into small pieces, along with the lime and olive oil. Chop onions and cilantro at the same time.
Then add the cooked cod and crush everything with a fork and well work the mixture until smooth.
Lightly oil bread slices and arrange in a baking dish.
For the main course and dessert you can learn it from Cook & Go. But remember the reservation is required.
